You must cover 2,000 mile on one trip and go to a club function around the half way point, It could be a meeting , annual, party, anything were patch holders meet or get together.
1) First you must download the form from this page
2) Have a officer write down the miles from your bike and sign by the miles
3) At the destination you must attend a club function (meeting, party, something with patch holders from that state.
4) Have a patch holder from the visiting chapter check and write down your miles on the form and their road name.
5) Return to your home chapter and have a officer write down the ending miles and sign.
6) Send to Fla State with $12.00. for patch and shipping and handling.
